Kodeco
Energy Co., Ltd. is the operator of the West madura Production Sharing Contract
(PSC) in Indonesia and is engaged in oil and natural gas exploration and
exploitation. Established in May 7, 1981, Kodeco began its first activity in
1984 and was successful in introducing gas production to East Java with the
completion of the Gas Pipeline Project in 1993. Korea Development Co., Ltd., a
sister company of Kodeco Energy, is the operator of the Poleng Technical Assistance
Agreement (TAC) established in 1993. It is located next to the PSC contract

Requirements:
- Holds
a Bachelor Degree in law from reputable university
- Hold
an Advocate License
- Have
a minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in corporate law firm or enterprise.
- Good
understanding and knowledge in corporate and private law.
- Fluent
in English for both in verbal and in witting.
- Understanding
in oil and gas law is an advantage.
- Good
work ethic, Self-discipline and able to work in a team as well as
independently.
