Sucofindo-Surveyor Indonesia (KSO SCISI) is a Joint Operation among two State
owned companies, PT Sucofindo and PT Surveyor Indonesia have firmed by certain
agreement entitled “Perjanjian Kerjasama Operasi” and established as of
November 7, 2002, notarial certificate Surjadi, Sarjana Hukum, Jakarta. KSO
SCISI is appointed by the Ministry of Trade of Republic of Indonesia to conduct
Import Verification Program (abbreviated as VPTI in Indonesia) in the country
of origin of goods. Currently listed, there are 27 commodities which are
required to be verified by VPTI system Hereby we search for our representative
candidate willingly to conduct and carry out the appointed program. By these we

Legal
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Competent in making legal studies
- Competent in making the contract
- Competent in dealing with the issue - the issue of litigation
- Have an adequate understanding of legal compliance
- Understanding the Employment Act work (Domestic and Foreign)
- Have adequate understanding of the corporate legal
- Have adequate understanding of the GCG
- Minimum 2 (two) years in the legal function
- Having experiences in Law Firm and advocate certification to represent company in courts is must
