Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, conducting reviews, and performs contract administration company.
- Provide legal advice with respect to industrial Companies in particular and the realm of the law in General.
- Monitor regulatory documents, ensure & and licensing companies remain up-to-date and in compliance with the legislation.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in coal mining company
Requirements:
- Age maximal 40 years
- Bachelor of law at least
- Has the certificate of an advocate and or S2 Notariat take precedence
- Able to speak English very well
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
- Can work with the team, working under pressure and motivation have & commitment to work target
