Corporate Legal

Responsibilities:

• Drafter, review and evaluation of all legal contract/agreement in Indonesian and English language
• Provide updated information to the Management regarding all aspects related to the laws and regulations
• Can represent the company’s in legal reporting procedure and the trial in accordance with the applicable legal context

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
