Corporate Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Age Max 30 Years Old
• Min Bachelor degree majoring in law with min GPA. 3.00
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Bank or Manufacture Company
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Full-time position available

Responsibilities:

• Review and advising on credit agreement draft for a bank or institution non bank
• Preparing the company legal documents for fulling payment in a bank
• Monitor and evaluate all the agreements documents and official aspects between the company and third person.
• Make draft Minutes of General Meeting Of Shareholders
• Handling corporate legal matters in the company which includes preparing and review agreements and/or other legal documents, legal memorandum etc.
• Familiar UU No. 40/2007
• Extending the company official license to both center and local goverment.
• Making Licensing company at Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
