KSEI is a company engaged in the industry with capital markets function as Institutions Settlement and storage effects. Services provided include: administration of the Account transaction, the completion Effect Effect results, distribution of corporate action and other related services. In order to expand services KSEI and establishes close collaboration with other institutions with a national and international scale, so this time we need a competent human resources, which has an orientation to the customer and have knowledge on capital market.

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Understanding widely about the custodial services business primarily in relation to law and legislation.
• Understand the Legal process and task flow
• Understanding a business process that is full (full cycle business process).
• Have ability of communication and negotiation to handle judicial cases

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a Legal staff (understand the law of capital market is value-added)
• Bachelor of law (have value-added is an advocate of certification).
• Of the University with the accreditation of A.
• English language ability, evidenced by a certificate/record TOEFL 450 or IELTS 6
• (max 2 tests last year).
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Have the ability of analysis and good problem solving.
