Responsibilities:
- Draft and review cooperation agreement
- Create and analyze the cooperation agreement
- Handle corporate documents (certificates, certificate, purchase agreement) related to the notary Company
- Calculate Payroll,
- Calculating overtime,
- Create reports and payments to social security,
- Create reports and payments to the BPJS health,
- Understand input and income tax (PPH 21),
- Create a work agreement contract
- Understand the rules of employment
Requirements:
- Level Supervisor
- Undergraduate Education – Bachelor degree of Law
- Age 28-35 years old
- Experience of minimum 2 years in their field
- Independent and can work without direction/guidance
- Has the soul of leadership
- Willing service out of town during the time – if needed
- Location of placement in the KP Jakarta Barat
