Legal Officer Property (code:
LOP)
Responsibilities:
- Made a cooperation agreement or contract.
- Review and analyze the agreement.
- Complete, compile and generate reports or recap data completeness for manufacturing certificate, AJB/PPJB, UN, IMB contract projects, loans, and other agreements
- Do the coordination with the bank and the notary.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years.
- The last minimum education Bachelor of law.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field, preferably have experience working in the Office of notary public.
- Have experience in dealing with the AJB Developer
- Mastering criminal law, civil law and land.
- Mastering the laws and regulations of the company.
- Have a good analysis skills as well as be able to do administrative tasks as well.
- Active English language (spoken and written).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel on duty
