PT Pertamina Retail (hereinafter the company) is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) engaged in the retail business of Pertamina products. The company was founded on June 17th, 1997, and originally named PT Pertajaya Lubrindo which engaged in the Lubricants business. On September 1st 2005, the company changed its name to PT Pertamina Retail. This change aims to confront changes markets especially GAS STATION in Indonesia towards a free-market world.Counted since March 2006, the company began to manage and operates GAS STATION. PT. Pertamina Retail is constantly working to achieve the long-term plan that aims to become a global fine retailer which giving the value of the diversified retailing fuel and non-fuel through a fully integrated products and services.

PT Sumber Petrindo Perkasa

Established in February 2004, PT. Sumber Petrindo Perkasa has an objective to become a major gas company and leading gas distributor with major investment of gas transfer station located in Cepu, Blora, Central Java and pipeline as a backbone gas distribution in Central Java. PT. Sumber Petrindo Perkasa (PT SPP) already secured a 15 year purchase agreement with PT.Pertamina EP for 50 MMSCFD, from the Gundih block in Central Java. The company has also secured 15 year sale agreement with PT Indonesia Power to supply gas for their Tambak Lorok power plant. The company will transport the Gas through 20" gas pipeline stretching approximately 130 Km from Cepu to Semarang parallel to the railroad in accordance to our agreement with PT Kereta Api Indonesia.
