Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:
- Provides legal assistance to various department within the Company, including reviewing and finalizing operation agreements, contracts and other legal documents for execution and file them accordingly.
- Conduct research at government and other institutions on licensing and administrative issues
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Knowledge of Insurance and Company Laws, KITAS and IKTA.
