KSEI is a company engaged in the industry with capital markets function as Institutions Settlement and storage effects. Services provided include: administration of the Account transaction, the completion Effect Effect results, distribution of corporate action and other related services. In order to expand services KSEI and establishes close collaboration with other institutions with a national and international scale, so this time we need a competent human resources, which has an orientation to the customer and have knowledge on capital market.

Staff Regulations and sanction

Responsibilities:

• Help doing the analysis of examination results Report (LHP
• Review at the request of the administration effort proposed by KSEI service users
• Ensure compliance of all corporate action pursuant to applicable legislation in particular Regulation KSEI
• Responsible for the work procedures in accordance with Good Corporate Governance as well as ISO which is applied in the KSEI

Requirements:

• At least S-1 or equivalent from accredited Universities with
• Has attended training in the profession of advocate (as value added)
• Have the experience of min. 1-2 years at the advocate, bank, securities company or issuer
• Understand the fundamentals of the law of corporations and the capital markets.
• English language ability, evidenced by a certificate/record TOEFL 450 or IELTS 6.0 (max 2 years results)
