Corporate Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare contracts, agreement and related documents to ensure the compliance with all statutory or legal requirements, and internal procedure
- Review and provide legal advice on corporate documents required in connection with any relevant corporate action
- Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
- Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law (with GPA min. 3.00)
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented, able to work independently or in a team, self-motivated, organized and able to manage datelines
