Responsibilities:

  • File Consolidation, such as Marketing Authorization Certificate (MD Number),P5 Approval, Regulatory Submission Dossier, Certificates, Regulation/ SOPs/ Training Document / Other References, Consultation Sheet
  • Do Electronic Filing such as Scanning Marketing Authorization Certificate (MD Number), P5 Approval, Regulatory Submission Dossier (as necessary), Certificates, Letters, Consultation sheet. Filing document such as storing all the scanned into folders, Validate the database vs the scanned copies, File re-naming into unified structure (as instructed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Degree in any required field
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skill and Detail Oriented
  • Familiar with Ms. Office (eg. Microsoft Excel, Power Point etc)
