Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- To gather, prepare and analyze draft of general commercial contract and review agreement data such as: decisions, legal articles, codes and documents;
- Drafts, reviews, revise and/or translates various company documents such as contracts and other legal documents;
- Assist Corporate Secretary function.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Law (Corporate or Business Law) from reputable University (such as UGM, UI, UNPAD, UNDIP, or UNIBRAW);
- Female/Male, max 30 years old;
- At least 3 years of working experience in multinational enterprise;
- Ability to work with limited supervision;
- Having PERADI license / pass advocate examination will be an advantage;
- Computer literate (Ms Office);
- Highly fluent in written and spoken English;
