Responsibilities:
- Preparing Legal Opinion, Legal Review
- Drafting and revising contracts
- Arranging licenses such as company establishment licenses
- Drafting letters to and liaise with Indonesian government bodies
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Maximum 40 years old
- Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English
- Holds an Advocate License issued by PERADI
- Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized
- Desire and ability to work both independently as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client services
- Strong organizational and analystical skills
- Strong tax and legal research skills
