
HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
- Industrial Relations
- Government Institutions Relations
- Helping Branch Ditsribution Links in HR Practices
- Conducting Task Related to BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Personnel Administration & Documentation
- Recruitment & Selection
- General Affairs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent with GPA min. 3.00.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Having strong understanding on labor policy (UU 13 2003).
- a good negotiation skiil.
- Willing to work in six-day work day (Monday to Saturday).
- Willing to travel and do mobile-field work.
- Having SIM A&C
- Full-Time position(s) available.
