Corporate Legal Specialist
Requirement:
- Law Degree from reputable university, local or abroad, International postgraduate degree is an advantage
- At least 2 years of law experience in multinational enterprise
- Experience in corporate governance, compliance, regulatory, commercial & labor law
- Highly fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong personal, negotiation & communication skills
- Good team player
- Commitment to outstanding performance
- Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines
- Multi-task oriented, strong analytical skills and no restriction for travelling
