Responsibilities:
- Manage overall legal document
- Ensure all legal documents
- Analyzing training needs (TNA) for all key positions
- Develop annual in-house training
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate employee in-house training and other staff's development program
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Law
- Preferably having min. 1 year(s) of experience in IT environment
- Good in English and Proficient in Ms Office
- Good looking and Good Communication
- Good knowledge in Training Need Analysis and Training Matrix
- Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor
- Fast Learned, Good Team Work, Ambitious, Detail Oriented.
