(SBU) post logistics in 2007. The development of the Postal Logistics SBU

2009 Postal Logistics SBU revitalized became more oriented to SBU improved
competitive advantage in the industry logistics and focus in the implementation
of its business through the improvement of the competence of the management of
business logistics
HR Development Staff
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and executing recruitment process to fulfill manpower planning
- Conduct psychological test and interview
- Maintain and incharge the organization human resources start from planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies
- Conduct competency assessment, update and improve competency dictionary and competency profile
- Continuing talent management system
- Set up performance management system, performance appraisal, promotion, etc
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology with minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age at 27 years old
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Human Resources Development (Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Talent & People Development)
- Strong in networking & excellent in interpersonal relationship
- Active participation in team with excellent interpersonal and interdependency skill
