Legal Operation Law Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling and resolving legal issues arrising from contracts between the company and the customer or other parties, through mediation, arbitration or court proceedings, in order to save Company’s assests
- Make the concept of legal risk management and operations risk management
- To coordinate with relevant parties in order to obtain issue settlement
- To provide legal opinion to the Company's management, in connection with transactions for financing and Consumer Finance
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Law major
- Has problem solving skill
- Systematic thinking
- Has excellent analytical skill
- Has a good communication skill
- Good in English (oral and written)
- Able to work under pressure
