Legal SPV
Requirements:
- Male, max 32
- Drafting and reviewing agreements specifically to support Regional Office transaction and legal compliance issues
- Maintain and monitor legal filling archive and documentation related job description as above mentioned
- Giving direct recommendation to direct superior in case of high risk will be occured to company and gather relevant information relate to legal business case to have complete legal documents
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in East Jakarta.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
