Legal & partnership
Responsibilities:
- Prepare corporate documents.
- Acts as liaison to the third party (e.g lawyer, police, etc).
- Responsible in company legal assurance and build a good internal and external relationship.
- Arranging and holding partnership meetings.
- Reviewing and appraising the work of partnerships.
- Working with partners to develop effective processes.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in East Jakarta.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, risk focus, and attention to details.
