Litigation Staff
Responsibilities:
- Help the settlement of litigation/dispute bad debt through legal proceedings
- do communication, negotiations with the debtor or related institutions, run the process of advocacy in dispute
- Providing legal opinions against the completion of bad debt of the debtor
- Help the smooth running work unit in the process of paying off a troubled credit grace
Requirements:
- Age max 35 years
- Bachelor degree of Law graduates with GPA min. 2.75
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a litigation staff in banking or leasing
- Domiciled in Jakarta
- Acknowledge and understand the rules of the law of banking/leasing
- Able to make legal, drafts legal and have a good review.
