PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina

PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina (PT. ICA), a subsidiary of one of the STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES, is a joint venture between Antam and SDK which is Japan, where the company's shares each portion is 80% and 20%.. PT. ICA building Chemical Grade Alumina Factory (CGA) in Sub district, Sanggau Tayan, West Kalimantan Province. The ore bauxite as much bait requires 1.7 million tonnes (equivalent to the 850.000 tons of bauxite leached) with production capacity of 300,000 tons per year, where the CGA CGA will be exported 200,000 tons to 100,000 tons in Japan and Indonesia. With the building of the factory was starting February 2011 to 2014, then this is the first Chemical Grade Alumina factory in Southeast Asia, and surely this is the pride of all of us as a nation of Indonesia.

Legal Staff Tayan (LGST)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Legal Manager;
• Legal area/Legal matters;
• Data Management Coordinator;
• Agreement, License/permit, Corporate Secretary, Land Acquisition etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) with a major in Law
• Minimum GPA 3.0 from reputable university
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Having at least 5 years experience in the Legal area
• Having good knowledge about legal matters such as agreement, license / permit, corporate secretary, land acquisition etc.
• Fluent in English and good computer literacy
• Willing to be placed at the location of the work site Tayan, Kab. Sanggau West Kalimantan
