Permit Officer

Responsibilities:

• Collect documents permitting (IMB) the necessary housing according the requirements of PTSP (one door Integrated Services)
• Register the application file and the IMB PTSP officially
• Do file filing filing BUILDING PERMITS as the Master File to process IMB was published, as a Master Company File for each IMB processed
• Assist the process of consultations with internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 28 years
• The expected Education Diploma
• Have a minimum of 3 Years work experience in the field of property
• Mastering Microsoft Office and other applications will benefit
• Able to cooperate within the team and individuals
• Have the ability in building relations and cooperation, proactive, creative, and presentable
• Have a private vehicle
