Legal Proprety
Responsibilities:
- Complete & compiled data completeness will contract credit & order notary
- Drawing up documents that will be taken care of for the creation of the certificate, the UN and the IMB
- Take care of the permits that relate to Housing/apartments
- Create and compile the data completeness of land
- Land lease agreement and waiver
- Handle cases related to the legal property
- Handling customer complaint
- Have the capability of putting together the concept of Covenant and analyze the agreement
- Habitually handle PPJB, AJB and Borrowed Ready-made
- Able to communicate well and negotiate
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35-year-old
- Minimal S1/S2 Education Law
- Minimum of 2 years experience in its field and has precedence experienced as a legal supervisor at business property/real estate management
- GPA of at least 3.00 (private)/2.75 (country)
- Hard-working and capable under pressure work
- Capable of handling big problems in field soil
- Experienced in court
- Experienced in the relationship with the Government
- Able to communicate and negotiate with either
- have knowledge of the law as a whole especially the field properties (understanding PPJB, etc.)
