Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• LM assists in preparing and reviewing any Draft Contract, Agreements and its relevant supporting documents in protecting company's interest;
• Implement proper contract management procedures, including caution sign-off for any legal document;
• Assists LM in liaising with relevant departments to support the business and ensuring where legal risk have been identified and proper courses of action72 have been taken, including negotiation and preparation for any business transaction;
• LM assists in preparation and review of the outstanding litigation and liaise with external lawyers;
• Conduct research and review on the legal implications of any regulatory issued;
• Prepare and maintain Legal Dashboard (to be reported to the Head of LC and International);
• Prepare Regulatory updates for Head of Legal & Compliance, management and relevant departments;
• Maintain a record of all company's Contracts and Agreements;
• Maintain a record of all company's litigation cases;
• Any relevant assignment projects.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years ' experience, fresh graduate welcome, strong theoretical legal knowledge, willing to learn on the fly, ready for the long working hours, the English literate
