Corp. Legal

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
• Understanding the LAW of labor, cooperation agreement (agreement)
• Understand the implementation of the GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS (the general meeting of shareholders)
• OJK has knowledge of (Financial Services Authority)
• Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed

Requirements:

• Bachelor of law, a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Colonised Microsoft Office
• Have experience as a Legal minimum of 1 year (open to Fresh Graduated)
• Preferably have experience in Office
• Disciplined, honest, conscientious, able to work in teams and individuals
• Can speak English
