Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Create and review a letter job agreement, the MOU and the legality of other
- Create and analyze the agreement/agreement/contract cooperation corporate
- Carry out the process of licensing, reporting to the Court or Disnaker
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or contract.
Requirements:
- Male, a maximum of 30 yrs
- Education Min S1, Majoring In Law
- Work experience min. 1 year
- Preferred understand making contract cooperation corporate. The legality/licensing company
- Have employment contract/agreement analysis and analysis of the legal aspects as well as the administrative legality is good
- To be honest, tenacious and disciplined
- Placement in Sunter _ North Jakarta
