following positions:
Legal Admin
Responsibilities:
- Documentation and maintenance of legal documents of the company.
- Coordinate with the licensing section in making application for permit renewal/extension/by way of preparing the document and application letter
- Make the letters out and scheduled incoming mail, internal memos as well as inventory and identify the assets of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in law from a leading University with a GPA of at least 3.25
- Have min. 1 year experience or fresh graduate
- Have a strong analytical power
- Meticulous, neat and Detail
- Be able to work quickly and under pressure
- Experienced in working on the Administration
- Have a private vehicle
