Bali Towerindo Sentra (BALITOWER) engaged in the business of tower leasing in
Bali. Its core business is leasing antenna space on self-owned multi-tenant
Base Transceiver Station (BTS) towers primarily to mobile cellular operators.
In 2007, BALITOWER has been awarded an operational license for 20 years by the
regional government of Badung and Tabanan municipality in Bali province. The
license will allow BALITOWER to be the only tower provider to operate in Badung
and Tabanan regency which include tourist’ most favorite landscapes and beaches
in Bali such as Kuta. Legian, Seminyak, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. BALITOWER has
spotted a dimensions of investing opportunity not only from the attractiveness
of Bali island but also is has captured the opportunity in the growth of telecommunication
industry perspective.
Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically relating to the agreement or legal contract.
- A letter of demand and supply contract
- Manage the administration associated with the work that has been done.
- Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to copying, faxing, mailing and filing documents.
- Drafting reviewing the agreement along with monitoring its validity.
Requirements:
- Age Max. 30 years
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Experience field min. 3 year position supervisor
- Mastering Microsoft Office
- Understanding correspondence and legal filing
- Have a good understanding of company law and basic of contracts
- English min. passive
- Able to communicate well and good interpersonal skill
