HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
- Organize, supervise, and maintain human resources administration matters, training, development people, industrial relation matters, compensation and benefit management, employees personnel data and files.
- Maintain personnel files, records, systems and update information.
- Prepare employee data on compensation and benefit calculation in coordination with Accounts Department to be processed in payroll period.
- Process salary increment and other personnel statistics as required.
- Participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data, and conduct other analyses to provide input into managerial decisions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economic, Psychology, Management
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fluent in English (Both Written & Spoken)
- Excellent with Ms. Office Application & Internet
- Full-Time position(s) available.
