Senior Associate Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, examining and preparing legal document or legal drafting, business agreement such as wills deeds, mortgages, leases and contracts, legal briefs, opinions and litigation documents etc
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparations for presentation of cases including gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case in order to present evicence to defend clients or prosecute defedants in criminal or civil litigation

Requirements:

• Maximum age 32 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1-Hukum)
• Excellent English both written and spoken
• Have Work Experience 2-3 years
• Proficient in making legal drafting, business agreement, and experienced in handling cases
• Have an Advocate License (PERADI)
• Able to work under pressure
