Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the company and its subsidiaries comply with its governing documentation, company law with all relevant legislation or regulations
- Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate action are covered and fulfille
- Provide legal opinion, reviewing and contract drafting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Masters Degree in Law
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required especially in managerial position in public company, law firm or notary
- Experience in handling corporate legal : corporate action, merger and acquisition process, right issue, IPO etc
- Familiar with the Corporate Secretarial duties at Holding Company
- Has excellent knowledge in OJK and IDX regulations
