Good Corporate Governance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Organize and support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and best practice as listed company including the corporate documents and reporting to regulatory respective in terms of company’s activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law, Social Politics and/or relevant
• Minimum 3 working years experience in related field
• Good in English and able to share opinions in good written and verbal
• Good communication Skill
• Have knowledge about Good Corporate Governance practices
