Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Review and (if necessary) propose revision to all type of agreements binding company and other party (clients, BPs, suppliers, etc)
- Presenting a legal opinion related to legal matters involving the company
- Monitor and update all type of laws and regulations concerning company’s business activities
- Filing and monitoring for the validity of legal documents, including company’s cooperation agreements and rental agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience as legal officer, preferable having experience in multinational company or as junior lawyer in a law firm
- Having drafting skills of a wide range legal documents including contracts, statutory orders, planning agreements, licenses, leases
- Having good communication & negotiation skills
- Having high sense of urgency, positive attitude, attention to details and able to interact effectively with all levels
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
