Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Handle certain insurance and related commercial agreement, drafting and providing legal documents, handling company's manpower issue and provide legal support to certain functional areas within the Company.
• Reviewing and drafting certain commercial agreements of the company
• Reviewing insurance contract and other required documents to file and launch new insurance products (Individual Product)
• Performing corporate secretarial services to the company in accordance with the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law
• Passed the advocate test
• Experience: 3-5 years work experience in legal or 2-3 years experience in working with external parties (notaries, police officer, manpower officer etc)
• Certifications/licenses: Possesses advocate license.
• Proficient in both Bahasa and English
• Contract drafting skills;
• Communication skills
• Negotiation skills.
