In House Legal Counsel

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience as in house legal counsel
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Excellent litigation, analytical, drafting, communication, and Research skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong commitment and understanding of the business needs of the company.
• Proven track record in identifying business issues ad resolving such issues well versed with general corporate law.
• Pro active, hard worker and ambitious
• Fluent in English
