Legal Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Check and evaluate the legal aspects of the dispute over the issue/dispute, and coordinate with related units follow-ups
- Make a proposal for an objective opinion on the legal issue as a guide taking the legal next steps
- Prepare for the implementation of the programme of outreach products law relevant to the issue at hand, or in preparation for the application of the latest legal products
Requirements:
- Maximum age 27 years old
- At least Bachelor degree of law from the leading educational institutions in and outside the country
- Minimum 3.00 GPA (scale 4.00)
- Mastering the provisions of company law, capital market law, legal services, business law, international law, UU Ketenagakerjaan (UU No. 13 of 2003), industrial relations
- Min. 1 year experience in law firm or in-house lawyer in the company
- Can use a computer (Microsoft office, internet)
- Willing to be placed in the Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Office
