MEDCO AGRO is the designation Sub Holding Medco Group to the field of agribusiness enterprises, the company named PT Api Metra Palma (AMP). The company was established in 2005. The business activities of AMP started by its subsidiary, PT Api Metra Palma since 1993. Currently, the AMP employs approximately 3,000 people across Indonesia, including the labor of the workers. While the area coverage operation AMP located in Central Kalimantan, West Papua, Lampung, Bengkulu and North Sumatra. In 2007, AMP is starting to become a holding company operating through trade crude palm oil or crude palm oil (CPO). The entire production of the subsidiaries acquired by AMP and sold to end users.

Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Proficient in English both written & spoken
• Strong knowledge about corporate law & land law
• Excellent in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Good personality and communication skills, fast learner creative problem solver and able to work either individually, Willing to travel to company.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Willing to travel all around sites
• Full-Time positions available.
