Legal Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a work plan and annual budget
  • Learn and follow the development of law in Indonesia
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of documents required for the General Meeting of Shareholders
  • Collaborated with the notary / lawyer
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of a legally enforceable document bank to carry out certain activities such as: the purchase of the building and lease

Requirements:

  • Male / female, age 25 s / d 27 years
  • 2 years experience in the field of law
  • Single
  • GPA min. 3:20
