Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 27 years. Bachelor of law, a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have experience in law a minimum of 1 year.
- Have the capability of doing the drafting and review of the Treaty.
- Has the ability to draw up a legal opinion based on the legal aspects of the company.
- Familiar with the management with regard to the institutions of Government, laws and regulations, and permitting Has a good analysis ability.
- Have a good English language skills (oral or written). Willing to be placed in the Sunter (Jakarta).
- Healthy physical and spiritual.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for controlling all activities related to the legal documents.
- Create a draft legal agreement.
- Give opinions on legal issues.
- Do review contractual agreements with outside parties.
