Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Managing provision and administration of corporate legal documents.
- Providing the legal opinion.
- Drafting/review the agreement/contract with other party.
- Process all company’s licenses.
- Monitoring /maintain validity of all company licenses.
- Develop the relationship with notaries, law firm, government institution and other related parties
Requirements:
- Candidate must be posses at least bachelor degree in law
- Min. 2 - 3 year experience in Mining Company
- Having a good analytical skill
- Having a good understanding in agrarian law and Mining Law
- Having a good communication skill
