The Company's projects include Puri Cilegon Hijau and Puri Krakatau Hijau in Banten, Indonesia. The company has subsidiary, namely PT Dian Sakti that engaged in development. Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Understand the legal procedures that apply
• Responsible for maintaining the license meliputih domicile, SIUP, TDP
• Responsible for the Legal review
• Responsible for Legal searching which includes the rule of law and things related to the field of law
• Responsible for Drafting Legal agreements and condemns includes related documents
• Responsible for Legal Advice
• Find or make coordination with consultants, the Department or agency or any third party relating to the legal issues (notary, lawyer, Department and consultant)

Requirements:

• Maximum age 27 years old
• Minimal education Bachelor’s degree of Law
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience
• Have the ability to review a contract/agreement in the United Kingdom
• Can operate the computer/Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Both are attractive and can work together in a team
• Able to communicate well
