Legal & Compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Response, monitor and report alleged violation of rules, company regulation, policy and Global Code of Conduct.
  • Conducting compliance audit.
  • Issue and record Warning letters.
  • Maintain labor law issues and registrations.
  • Conducting GCOC and compliance training.
  • Outlining potential risks within compliance scope.
  • Maintain and monitor GPPM Implementation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Contract position available.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang
