Legal & Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Do the handling of corporate legal field in order to ensure the fulfillment of the company's legal interests in various business agreements as well as manuscript letters to stakeholders
- Ensure fulfillment of compliance aspects of the company, including through the submission of various reports to regulators (OJK and PPATK) as applicable provisions
Requirements:
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of legal and compliance across the enterprise or insurance or banking or other financial services institutions
- Have an understanding of the provisions of the legislation in the field of insurance
- A maximum of 35 years
