Senior Legal
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal support to ensure that all activities of the Company are within legal limits and regulations specified by the law and the Company does not get into legal fixes.
- Present of interests of the Company in different high level executive meetings and in supervisory authorities, state agencies and industry associations.
- Litigating, Legal drafting and reviewing consist of legal opinion, and any legal documents which had any relation with the company
- Provide the Legal report and/or Legal memo assigned by the Legal Department Head.
- Provide the Legal opinion on any Legal matters assigned by the Legal Department Head.
Requirements:
- Age: 35-45 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Mastering the legal aspect of criminal procedure and law/mining.
