Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
- Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed
- Perform clerical duties generally include, but are not limited to photocopy, fax, correspondence and filing documents.
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age Max. 35 years old
- Pend. Min S-1 of the law
- Experience in their field min. 3 years
- Mastering Microsoft Office
- Understand correspondence
- Understand the standard operation procedures
- Understand the basics of contractual cooperation
- English active language
- Capable of communication well
- Have the capability negotiation
