Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s entire legal administrator function
- Liaise with relevant internal/external parties on all legal matters
- Draft and Review All Types of Company Agreements
- Law and contract matters
Requirements:
- Max age 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree in law with minimum GPA : 3.0 (in a scale of 4.00)
- Have at least 4 years working experience
- Able to handle documentation and dealing with government offices
- Good understanding of any aspect of Legal Law
- Multitasking and have good communication skills
- Should be analytical, detail, independent
- Willing to work at Jakarta utara
