Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
• Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed
• Create a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
• Manage the Administration associated with the work that has been done.
• Perform clerical duties generally include, but are not limited to photocopy, fax, correspondence and filing documents.
• Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validation.

Requirements:

• Age Max. 30 years
• Min S-1 of the law (Business law graduates take precedence)
• Experience in their field min. 1 year
• Understand correspondence
• Understand the standard operation procedures
• Understand the basics of contractual cooperation
• Have an understanding of business law
• United Kingdom language passive min.
• Able to communicate well
• Have the capability negotiation
